Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work at DeFi blockchain project. We offer fresh technologies, interesting tasks, ambitious team. 

 We offer 100% remote, full-time work with a flexible schedule.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT/Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing projects (software, IT, or cross-functional) from initiation to delivery
  • Strong experience with PM tools  and Methodologies, basic understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate stakeholders
  • Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Experience in blockchain/crypto projects is preferred
  • Excellent English communication scills (spoken and written)
